Position: Tasting Room Hospitality Associate
Location: Underwood, WA
Status: Part-time (possibility of becoming full-time for right candidate)

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour, plus generous tips and commissions

Availability: Weekends / Weekdays

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Lead tastings and share knowledge about our wines, history, and winemaking process
• Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a memorable visit
• Assist with wine sales, club signups, and merchandise
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing tasks and keeping the tasting room clean and inviting

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Passion for wine (wine knowledge is a plus—willingness to learn is even better!)
• Must be 21+
• Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
