The apartment has been recently remodeled and is one of a two unit duplex located in Trout Lake, WA.

Floor plan consists of two floors, open kitchen floor plan to living room space. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and pantry closet. One bedroom downstairs with a walk-in closet, one bathroom with tub/shower enclosure downstairs. Upstairs is one large loft/attic room, stairway is not suitable for children.  All windows have faux-wood blinds. Unit has a fenced backyard and patio area. No laundry area.

Utilities: 

• Electric baseboard heating (paid by tenant), 
• Garbage collection service (paid by tenant) 
• Water (Glacier Springs) included in monthly rent.

• Monthly rent $975.00
• Tenant Screening Non-Refundable fee $40.00 (if pursued by landlord)
• First and Last Month’s rent required for move-in.
• 6 month to One Year Lease TBD
• Non-refundable $300.00 cleaning fee required for move-in.
• No Cat or Dog. Pet fee TBD (dog only upon landlord review and acceptance). 
• Two adult occupants maximum.
• Two registered vehicles permitted.
• Indoor and outdoor cleanliness expected.
• Good neighbor check-ins enforced.
