Hello! Our names are Cameron and Grahm and we’re looking for a new roommate as our current 3rd, Arette, is leaving us at the end of September.

A bit about the house. She’s around 100 years old, a 3 bed 1 bath with a separate unit out back. There is off street parking for two cars, a nice porch, river views, and a basement for storage with a washer and dryer, and all just  a couple blocks from downtown. $800/month + utilities. Unfortunately no pets, but maybe.

Now, a bit about us. Grahm and I are in our mid 20’s and currently work at restaurants in Hood River. We skied and worked up at Mt. Hood Meadows last season and plan to do it again this season. We’re pretty chill for most part,  the occasional party, but otherwise its a nice, peaceful home.

Ideally, just looking for someone that’s clean and respectful of the common spaces.
