Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.  As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food production.  If you have a passion for pizza, strong leadership skills and a dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

• Supervise all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Train and mentor staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and track sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
