$750
$750/month | Full hookups + trash | Private setting
Looking for a single, respectful RV tenant for a cozy space 23 miles from White Salmon. Spot includes:
- Full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50-amp power)
- Trash service included
- Private picnic area for your own outdoor retreat (items stored for winter)
- 1 mile from the local post office—convenient for easy mail access
I’m a single mother of four, and we live on-site with two friendly dogs and two cats. We value privacy, peaceful living, and mutual respect—and we’ll extend that to you.
🛑 Please note:
- This RV spot is best suited for a single occupant.Â
- Shared water system: Please coordinate major usage (e.g., showers) to maintain steady pressure for both parties.
- Quiet hours begin at 9 PM on school nights to support a calm, kid-friendly environment.
- Guest traffic should be limited—occasional visitors are welcome, but frequent or high-traffic gatherings are not permitted.Â
- I occasionally host family/friend’s gatherings—these are rare and always communicated in advance.
Move-In Terms:Â
- First month’s rent ($750) is due before moving or parking on-siteÂ
- Non-refundable setup/cleaning fee: $200Â
- Refundable security deposit: $300Â
- Monthly rent due on the same calendar day as your move-in date (example: move in on the 10th, rent is due on the 10th of each month)
- Month-to-month rental agreement must be signed before move-in to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
✨ Bonus:Â
This is a space built with care—for someone who enjoys a slower pace, loves nature, and values clear boundaries in a shared setting.
Mindfulness:
The rental agreement may look formal, but it’s simply a legal necessity to keep things clear and fair. It doesn’t reflect rigidity—it reflects respect.
