This is a genuine footlocker-steamer trunk used near the end of the Civil War by Lieutenant J. T. Harris of the 1st Infantry, as stamped on the trunks lid, of whom I also found historical reference of online when I acquired this artifact of our past, 6 or 7 years ago.

I is in NON Restored condition, which I believe preserves its collectors value, yet in great condition.  Handles are gone, but hinges and latches work properly.  Leather is in great shape except for some cracking on the top surface.  No key is provided for the locking latch.

$450 or OBRO (or best reasonable offer) by this weekend.

Item is located in White Salmon at Stuff-it Storage, across from the school.  Pick-up must be arranged in advance, as I now live in Stevenson, 20 miles away.
