BEWARE of the many scam rental postings on this site. Rentals are often houses listed for sale currently/recently and will include photos and descriptions word for word from real estate websites.  Scammers will ask you to fill out a low tech “application” via text or  then ask for deposit. Diction used will be repetitive and unnatural.  Scam falls through when you ask to see the house – they are relying on you to sign/give deposit before being shown the house.  Good luck out there.
