The kitchen is small, but it has the basics for simple meals, including a new apartment-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, electric tea kettle, hot plate with pan and pot, crock pot, toaster, and toaster oven (can roast a 6 lb chicken), coffee making tools, etc. There is no range or full-size oven.

Mini split with heating and cooling.

Lease terms negotiable. Open to month-to-month or longer term.

Required: Refundable security deposit of $1800, plus first month’s rent, plus a $160 non-refundable cleaning fee.
