Excellent Condition (minor ‘road rash’ on fenders). Always stored in our garage in Portland when not in use. 

Driven about 15,000 miles. Wheel bearings repacked 4,000 miles ago. Trailer brakes were inspected and are in good condition. 
Nearly full propane tank . 
Custom protective cover included (never used).
