ISO: 2 or 3 bdrm rental in The Dalles or Hood River

I am a quiet, responsible, hard-working male in my late 40’s and my mom is a quiet woman in her 70’s. We have been in the area for more than 20 yrs. I work full time in Odell, and my mom likes to garden.  I have had steady employment with the same employer for 4 years and can provide references. With limited housing available in the area, we have not had much luck or leads. Happy to pay for an application fee, just frustrated with paying for applications fees and then being ghosted.
