Seeking a woman to join my kids, who live at the home part-time, and me, plus our one indoor/outdoor cat. (One more cat, okay, per the landlord.) The house is furnished (not the bedroom) and has space for you and your furniture, decorations, etc. You pay 1/3 of utilities plus a month’s deposit with a 6-month or 1-year lease. The house is 12 years old, featuring wood and stone throughout, and includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, a gas fireplace, a large, fenced backyard with a trampoline, patio, and hot tub. There’s plenty of room for storage in the garage, as well as some outdoor storage. One important thing is low fragrances due to allergies/asthma, so we don’t use detergents with scents, and we would request the same from you.
