We are currently looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and experienced Sales Lead/Assistant Manager for Out on a limb, a women’s clothing boutique. All applicants must be sales driven and offer outstanding customer service. Boutique management is preferred.

In this position you will be responsible for all aspects of the retail business including sales, visual merchandising, customer care, company growth, and social media. Applicants must have proven record in sales *preferably clothing*

Responsibilities:

Provide an engaging in store experience through interacting with customers

Setting, meeting, and exceeding sales goals

Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are maintained throughout the day

Strong merchandising and display skill desired, but can train if needed
