Works great, tried using in my little duck pond but my ducks really thrash about when they swim so it kept getting knocked over. This is for a small ornamental pond as a fountain. This is a small filter and will not be suitable as a main source of filtration for a duck, koi etc. pond. Works when in sunlight but will not work on highly overcast days or shady areas as the setup does not come with battery storage capabilities.
