Looking for someone to join our family and be part of the day to day routine from Monday-Friday! Deeply value time and care spent with kids and looking for someone who is excited to spend time engaging and loving little ones. Need support with all facets of child rearing, including upholding boundaries, instruction and facilitating learning, coming up with creative and stimulating hands on activities at home, brainstorming and leading educational and fun day trips, and being a self-starter when it comes to figuring out how and where to spend time with kids. Would be grateful to find someone that either has personal experience raising their own kids (an experienced/mature maternal figure) or someone that has experience working with toddlers/babies in an educational setting.

Responsibilities
- Spending time with toddler and baby – learning and growing together and teaching them about the world and helping them figure out how to interact with it!
- Dropping off & picking up toddler from school (M-Th)
Caring for baby M-Th and both kids Friday - Assisting with mornings before toddler goes to school (breakfast, lunch prep, getting dressed, loaded into car, etc)
- Clean up of kids toys & play areas throughout the day
- Kids laundry
- Keeping kids clothes, drawers, spaces organized
- Help keep public spaces clean while kids are napping (dishes, wiping kitchen counters, taking trash out, etc)
- Meal prep & cooking
- Occasional overnight care
- Help with general upkeep of the house, making sure kids are stocked with food, diapers, wipes, formula, etc
- Anticipate and execute according to needs of children, home and mother
