About Hiyu:
Hiyu is a 30 acre farm, winery and restaurant in the Hood River Valley. Guided by nature and inspired by ideas from biodynamics and permaculture we tend vines, raise animals, garden, cook and make wine to reveal an experience of place.
Hiyu is looking for a part time seasonal server in our restaurant and tasting room. We are looking for someone that can work from 10am-5pm Wednesday-Sunday and the occasional private dinner on other nights of the week. We’re looking for someone with at least three years of relevant restaurant experience and an interest in learning more about wine and hospitality.

This is an hourly, plus tips and commission, part-time position. Weekend availability is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer inquiries, process, modify, and confirm reservations.
Set up the tasting room.
Restock wines and packaging materials.
Buff Glasses.
Serve and describe Food, Wine and interact with guests.
Process transactions for additional wine sales and wine club memberships.
